Tomorrow our collection is going in front of a Jury to see if it goes through to the final runway show. This is a bit nerve wracking. (This is a coat I made that is part of the collection.)

I got a polar bear tattoo. Weird thing for me to do because I tend to not be super spontaneous and over think things, but this was quite cool thing to get. The artist said I took it like a trooper. Few people know about this, and my parents now think I’m on my way to drugs and prostitution. Hurray!

J’ai un tattoo d’ours polaire. Chose très étrange pour moi de faire, parce que je ne suis pas quelqu’un de super spontanné et j’ai tendance à trop réfléchir, mais c’était tout de même cool à avoir. L’artiste à dit que j’ai très bien pris ça. Très peu de gens savent à propos de ce tattoo et mes parents pensent que je suis maintenant sur la route de la drogue et de la prostitution. Hourra!

A web developper has been sentenced to death by Iran’s Supreme Court because his software has been used for pornographic material, which is an “insult” to Islam. He is a permanent Canadian resident and his execution is imminent.
PLEASE pass this story around. I find it horrible that an innocent man has been tortured and will die for something he did not do. It takes 2 seconds to raise awareness in your peers, something that could save this man’s life.

I’m speaking in french in the beginning of the video saying “Come on, Jack, let’s watch this other bird’s video”. I was browsing on facebook with Jack on my shoulder when I clicked on a video a friend of mine filmed of her bird. Jack went a bit crazy and wouldn’t stop screaming and would bite me if I tried to get him away from the computer. Maybe I should buy him a little friend.
